What a great evening at FMI! Twelve volunteer coaches partnered with 20 doctoral students and postdoctoral researchers to experience the art and science of professional coaching. There were one-to-one coachings as well as interactive group coachings.
The openness of the participants to discover coaching was very refreshing. They discovered, that they are more confident, when not judged. Interesting to hear that attendees can imagine having another coaching session in the near future.
