The University of British Columbia (UBC), ranked among the top 20 public universities in the world, received the 2018 „International Prism Award’s Honourable Mention“ (finalist in second place) from the International Coach Federation.
This expresses a prestigious honour that recognizes the impact of UBC’s coaching programs in a number of areas, from personal development to shaping the organizational culture and addressing strategic goals.
Throughout the past decade and a half, budget shares have shifted toward coaching and away from traditional workshop-based training. Today, UBC’s employees all have equal opportunity to receive one-on-one coaching.

With regard to their executive-level management programme the new model emphasizes high-quality conversation, reflection, and learning from the past to plan for the future.
