After six years of practise as a systemic solution-focused coach and mentor, I have fulfilled the requirements to apply for EMCC accreditation at Senior Practitioner level. This step is an important milestone on my path of lifelong learning.
On this occasion, I would like to thank everyone who has accompanied me on this exciting and incredibly rewarding journey. My special thanks go to my admirable clients, supportive colleagues and loved ones. How fulfilling and eventful it is to learn together and discover new dimensions and perspectives.

Annex: Information to EMCC and Individual Accreditation
The European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) promotes professional standards in mentoring and coaching. As one of the world’s leading professional organisations in the field, it provides guidelines, networks and knowledge exchange to ensure quality and ethics in practice.
The EMCC Global Individual Accreditation (EIA) recognises four levels: Foundation, Practitioner, Senior Practitioner (with at least five years’ practise) and Master Practitioner.
👉 ICF, EMCC and AC founded the «Global Coaching & Mentoring Alliance» in 2012.
👉 On their initiative the European Union listed „The Professional Charter for Coaching, Mentoring and Supervision …“ on the EU’s co-regulation and self-regulation databases in 2022.
